5 stars for the world class watch purchasing service experience, Thank you Mr. Deniz Kartal for the great Tudor purchasing experience -customer care is superb -friendly -good product knowledge -we are given sufficient time look around and check the watches -efficient transaction -bracelet resizing -demonstration of basic care and instructions of the watch -hospitality (offered us drinks) and we really felt welcomed in the Boutique 🙂👍🏻

I can only recomend visiting the Tudor dealer in Hamburg, beutifull watches, competent and friendly staff, everything was excellent. A speciel thanks to Deniz for an excellent help and proffesional service to chose my very first Tudor watch!

Nice boutique with friendly consultants. I would like to thank Mrs. Kübra Kinik. She helped us to choose the model and correct size of the watch. She was very kind and friendly. I would not easily decide without her guidance.

Wow. Great service at this boutique. From the moment i stepped in and to the moment i went out with a Tudor watch. I had a great experience with the store and the competent staff who works there. I was looking for my first proper watch and as I'm new to the whole world around watches I asked many, what might have seemed silly, questions. Mr. Simmer though took good care of us and was patient with my considerations of my new watch. I ended up buying a watch and left with a nice experience. Five stars from me and a major recommendation if you are looking for a new watch!

Great store. The staff at the Tudor boutique are super friendly and helpful. Walked in this afternoon with a watch that needed sizing and was quickly helped out with no charge. Got to try on the latest BB while I waited.

I was having the great pleasure to get my first Tudor watch on the very last day of 2021. The Tudor Black Bay Ceramic, which to me is already an iconic model and worth every penny spend. But this is not so much a review of the watch itself it's about the place I bought it. The brand new Tudor Boutique Hamburg is a smal but 100% dedicated flag ship store for Tudor watches, very stylish and with a high quality finish underlining the quality standard of the watch. The shop is in the hands of a young team of dedicated and hihgly qualified watch enthusiasts, very friendly and definetly knowing what they are doing. All together, this has made my purchase a more than plesant experiance and there is high chance it will not have been my last Tudor watch I will buy there. Defenitely a recommendation, and this as well when you not yet exactly sure whether a Tudor watch is the right choice for you, go there and experiance it first hand.

Great, knowledgable and friendly stuff! Neat boutique. Employees also speak great English (rarity in Germany). A lot of additional offers, e.g. bracelet cleaning etc.

Unexpected find today while walking by and decided to just have a look. Was attended to by Kübra who was very attentive and did not apply any pressure at all. I was looking for a BB58 GMT and they had one in stock. The watch was sized perfectly and all paperwork was ensured to be in order before I took my leave. Overall a very pleasant experience and happy to have found the watch I love! Recommended to visit and purchase your Tudor here with Kübra!
